Mr. Ahmed EL Gaward is an amazing man that has done wonders to change my quality of life as I suffer with Trigeminal neuralgia and Botox works wonders for me. I would not trust anyone else to complete this task as he understands my condition and offers fantastic advise and treats me with great ease. I would highly recommend Mr Ahmed EL Gawad for any procedure and myself and my family travel from Ireland to get the best treatment we could ask for. He is a true professional and an extremely caring man. He has truly changed my life for the better.

When i was researching about having my breast reduction, i wanted to find a surgeon who had a passion for their job and who was caring and genuine as a person. I found all this in Mr El Gawad. I can honestly say he has a God-given gift and is a true professional. He took the time to understand where i was coming from and make sure i was going to get the best possible result. I was lucky enough to return home the same day of my operation and Mr El Gawad phoned me the following day at lunchtime to see how i was feeling. 4pm there was a delivery of a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was a lovely kind thought to cheer me up during my recovery. Any little question he has put my mind at rest. I love my new boobs already and know they will be even better once healed. Mr El-Gawad put me at ease the first time I saw him any doubts, fears I had disappeared and I was filled with confidence that he would put his patients first always, and I would be in very safe hands, and knew that I wanted him to do my operations. That was at my inital consultation. I am now just over a week post OP after having arm lift and knee lift surgery to say I am happy with the results is not entirely true...... I am ecstatic with the results he has given me my self confidence back which I lost years ago. He is truly one of the nicest kindest hardest working Surgeons I know and in my eyes he has earned the right to wear his underpants over the top of his pants, to make his patients feel better, look better give them their confidence back he truly is my Superman.
